What makes something a “superfood”? a food that is very high in phytonutrients and almost nothing negative about it. Like for example, certain foods can be considered good for you but also can raise your LDL cholesterol a bit. A superfood is ALL good and packed with a bunch of vitamins and antioxidants.
Below are just a few…
-Salmon
-Tomatoes
-Wild Blueberries
-Broccoli
-Matcha Tea
-Walnuts
-Kale

These are a really fun find! Got these the other day at Whole Foods. a fun way to get your calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, I like how it is a combination of the 3 because you need them all together in order to actually absorb the calcium in your bones. and not to mention dark chocolate is healthy as well!

Love this new polish! the whole Katy Perry collection is a must have! I got it for the Shatter polish mostly, but realized i love them all so much!
So i was skeptical of how well the Shatter polish would work, but it was awesome, just polish it on like normal polish and it cracks after a few seconds, very cool looking.
Depending on how thick u paint it on will determine how big the chunks will be.
Here is a pic of how cool it looks on!

So since i keep a nice tan most of the year many people ask me what lotions i am using. I’m a huge fan of California Tan products, they are the best IMO. ok so, first i always use a bronzer lotion–I don’t like tingle lotions at all– If u are using one of the good ones you don’t have to worry about streaking or orange or anything–u get what u pay for–so it is worth it to invest in a good one, it will last a while, the bottles are pretty big. I have a few that i like but Cypher is really my #1 fave. We have had a relationship since it 1st came out and i was in love right away. I noticed that it deffinitely seemed like i had tanned at the beach all day in only 20 mins. It gives u an instant brown tone right out of the bed no waiting. the only bad thing is, it’s expensive, its $150 at salons, but u can find it online at around $70
I also like Dark Butter which is one of the old lotions, been around like 10 years at least. I get this one sometimes mainly just because it smells Sooooo good! This one is a whole lot cheaper than Cypher, it’s somewhere around $25. Even tho it says it has bronzer, i don’t notice any help from the lotion when i get out of the bed.
I also like Ambrosia, this one smells like heaven as well, and i do notice it helping to make me a bit darker than if i hadn’t used it, this one is also a good price, $30. so if you don’t want to splurge, but still want some xtra help this is a good one.

So you have probably seen me doing videos on this site vyou.com lately. I like this site and how it works. If i’m in the mood to create a quick lil vid i just log in, go to the questions that people asked me, create a response, and it goes up instantly, posting to all my connections (Twitter, Facebook etc.). no need to wait for upload, no need to edit.

I’ve always been a HUGE fan of VS PINK lotions. Honestly they don’t have any that smell bad, i have had every single scent so far. They are a good deal too, usually going for 2/$20 and they last me a pretty long time. I like to drown myself in it after the shower, so i go thru lotion a lot but these last a while. But it’s really the scents that i love and they have sooo many to choose from, it’s crazy!

My fave body lotion is C.O. Bigelow Lemon body cream. I love the lemony fresh scent and it absorbs into the skin really nicely, with a lot of other creams i have found they do not absorb well at all and kind of sit on the top layer of your skin and feel sticky. i have tried many in my life, so this ends up being my current fave! at $19.99 This can be found at Bath and Body Works!
